My first Chevrolet experience was terrible. I made an appointment for 200pm for an open recall. And a front shake on my breaks. I was called at 530 pm for what I thought to p-u my truck nope tos tell me they did not get truck into shop and you need it to be left over night I got a call on Tuesday 130pm. Need to turn rotors and shave brakes cost $380- I said go for it. Arrived at 430pm to pick up my truck. Oh sorry we will need to order new rotors and brakes 2- 3 day lead time. Call us at end of week!!!!! I will not be calling but finding another Chevy dealer thanks for nothing! Harry

they completed the service, but could not locate the noise from the rear end. I went to another dealer, and they not only identified the noise, they said that GM published something about how to stop/lessen the noise.

Came in and made appointment. Came the day of the appointment and it wasn’t on your books. Steve took care of me but not impressed that the appointment I made never made your calendar. In fact the guy who made the appointment was not real friendly nor did he answer a question I asked.
